Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head in support of the Explosive Ordnance Division intends to award a sole source modification to an existing Cost Plus Fixed Fee production contract N00174-08-D-0021 to General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii). This requirement consists of an increased to the Production Quantity in accordance with the current contract requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 334511 with a size standard of 750 Employees.
