- The 409th Contracting Support Brigade and Theater Contracting Command intend to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for medical equipment maintenance. The NAICS code is 532420 and no preference will be given to Small Businesses. The action will be full and open competition. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is a base period of 12 months from 01 October 2013 to 30 September 2014 and four option years. This commercial Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Solicitation is for total copier service to Camp Bondsteel and Film City and any outposts located in the US Sector of Kosovo. The contactor must provide copiers with multiple capabilities. All machines will have auto-duple xing capability, stapling, sorting capability. Specifically identified machines will have fax and/ or scanning capability as required in the line items. Proposals will provide monthly, single-copier price for each group as defined by the maximum monthly copy requirement, see paragraph 3.3 in the attached Performance Work Statement. The entire solicitation will be made available on/or about 22 July 2013 and no paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are encourage to provide their interests to vid via email and responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments.
