Description

Signed copy of Notice of Intent Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." Vendor: Items: Landfill Service Corporation, LLC (LSC) 2183 Pennsylvania Ave Appalachian, NY 13732-2605 •1) 900 (BG) PSM-200 Setting Agent Bags •2) 180 (EA) Posi-Pak, Type P-100 LSC is the patent holder for Posi-Shell products. No other sources are authorized to distribute/sell these products. This is the only approved material by the North Carolina Department of Environmental and Natural Resource (NCDENR) for landfill usage. A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Proposal (M67001-13-R-0199) will be provided upon request. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 3:00 PM EDST, 24 July 2013, via email.
