- Salient Characteristics Justification & Approval The contractor shall supply antenna lease space for six RF omni-directional antennas in order to support the Fort Rucker Land Mobile Radio System. Land Mobile Radio antennas are in place in order to support the government radio system which supports all Airfields and Stagefields in the Fort Rucker flying area.
