- RFI letter describing requirements we are looking for. MCCS seeks information for IBM support and maintenance for the current hardware at store levels. The IBM support and maintenance must sustain the organizations entire EPOS inventory of the following items. IBM 4800-742 - SurePos controller terminal with 2GB main memory and with 2.4 GHZ processor, RPQ 80GB hard disk, IBM 4820 - 2GB - Monitor - Sure Point Infrared 12' active color matrix touch display with integrated mount IBM 4610-TG9 printers - SureMark Thermal printer with document imaging, document printer, high speed thermal and MICR reader. Terminal and operator accountability is reconciled at the store level. Sales and tender reconciliation is performed at the base level. Sales and management reporting must be available at the base and the Headquarters levels. MCCS intends to issue a Request for Proposal to purchase the support and maintenance from information gathered from this RFI. Specifically, respondents must submit, at a minimum the following: Request your company provide your support/maintenance terms and conditions (Maintenance Agreement) Any questions must be submitted by email to Ms. Maria Caceres, and please reference the pertinent section of the RFI being questioned. The deadline for questions is noon, 19 July 2013, Eastern Time. All questions and responses will be provided to all vendors responding to this RFI. The name of your company will be extracted from any submitted questions and answers.
