- J&A PR 0046632044, for NSN 1650-01-132-8230, The Boeing Company, CAGE77272, P/N 145H1283-1, Housing Assembly, Manif. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Configuration Control applies. This is an Air Force identified Critical Safety Item (CSI). Solicitation will request pricing for a quantities of 10 each. Inspection/Acceptance/FOB Origin, delivery3605 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized; however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Alternate offers must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). The issue date is on or around 12/15/12 and the closing date is on or around 01/15/13.
