Description

Attachment 3 DD 254 Attachment 1 Statement of Work Request for Proposal This amendment provides the solicitation documents. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has a requirement to procure comprehensive security support services at DARPA's Headquarters located at 675 North Randolph Street, Arlington, Virginia, 22203-2114. Additional services could be required to protect DARPA assets at other geographical locations from time to time. In accordance with FAR 6.204 and FAR 19.8, this requirement is a full and open competition after exclusion of sources. This effort is a 100% set-aside for 8(a) companies under NAICS code 561612, Security Guards and Patrol Services. The size standard for NAICS code 561612 is $19.0 million. The contract will be structured as Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) with a two week transition-in period, twelve month base period and four (4) twelve month option periods, if exercised by the Government. The Request for Proposal, Attachment 1 Statement of Work and Attachment 3 Draft DD 254 have been attached herein. Attachment 2 Government Furnished Property will be provided to the awardee at contract award.
