- NPS VISITOR SURVEY CARD PROJECT This solicitation invites proposals to implement the NPS Visitor Survey Card project, a survey instrument designed to gauge performance in achieving goals outlined in the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA). AMENDMENT 000001 - This amendment is issued to correct the unreadable "body" attachment of the solicitation posted 7/11/2013. The entire solicitation was combined into one document for your convenience in.pdf format. Line items 20-50 were corrected as Option line items. The closing date remains at 8/5/2013 @ 16:30 Mountain time.
