- SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-13-T-5007, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 52.232-18 AND 252.225-7001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332312. The Federal Service Code is 93. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 140th Wing, Colorado Air National Guard, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011 will be conducting a site visit for replacement of Aircraft Hanger Door Seals and Fabric overhang on Thrusday, 18 July 2013 at 0900. All interested parties report to Buckley AFB Visitors Center building on 6th Avenue no later than 0830 in order to be escorted to site visit. Visitor must have valid drivers license, proof of auto insurance and vehicle registration in order to gain access to base. Proposals due into Contracting office NLT 1 August 4:00 MST. Dates may change as specifications are updated. ATTN: Prospective bidders shall submit their proposal by Email to: lisa.jobes@ang.af.mil or by Mail to: 140MSG/MSC, Air Guard Contracting Office, Bldg 801, MS#78, 18841 E. Breckenridge Ave, Buckley AFB, Aurora, CO 80011-9523. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of Best Value price and Delivery Time. Successful offeror must be Registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) for Electronic Funds Transfer to be awarded a contract.
