Description

SOLICITATION The Acquisitions Division, Naval Hospital Bremerton, Bremerton, WA, 98312 is announcing its intent to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) for preventive maintenance on Navel Hospital Oak Harbor's equipment. Neptune 2 Rover Procare, Neptune 2 Docker, Cordless Driver, and Rotary Attachements. Place of Performance: 3475 N Saratoga St Oak Harbor, WA 98278 The award will be made to STRYKER CORPORATION, 4100 E Milham Ave Kalamazoo, MI, 49002-9704. The sole source justification is based on STRYKER CORPORATION being the only manufacture that can provide us with the complete inventory of replacement parts for their equipment; they do not sale their replacement parts to any other venders. The NAICS code of this procurement is 811219 and the size standard is $19,000,000.00. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quote, which shall be considered by the government; please have materials in by 5:00 pm Pacific time on 26 July 2013.
