U.S. Government The requirements outlined herein are for Project/RLP VA69D-13-R-1117. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Wisconsin City:Milwaukee Delineated Area: North Boundary-North Street East Boundary-Lake Michigan South Boundary-Oklahoma Street West Boundary-36th Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (NUSF):6,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (NUSF):8,000 Space Type:Mental Health Counseling Space Parking Spaces (Total):25 Full Term:10 Years Base Term:5 Years Option Term:5, 1-Year Options Occupancy (Estimated):March 01, 2014 The requirements for this procurement are specified in RLP VA69D-13-R-1117 and accompanying solicitation documents. Potential offerors shall thoroughly and completely read all documents in the solicitation package accompanying RLP VA69D-13-R-1117. The solicitation package, along with any amendments and all clarifications and other notices related to this RLP shall be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and shall reference solicitation number VA69D-13-R-1117. It is the responsibility of offerors to monitor the FBO website for any notices related to this project. Requests for clarification regarding RLP VA69D-13-R-1117 shall be submitted via email to the Government's Lease Contracting Officer (LCO). With respect to all matters relating to the lease acquisition for the subject project, only the Government's LCO designated below shall have the authority to issue and amend the RLP and award a Lease.
