This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number AG-4310-S-13-0005 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). Responses are due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, July 26, 2013at USDA-NRCS (Attn: Jeff Worthley), 355 E.
