- Delineated Area REQUIREMENT: : The U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency in Minot, North Dakota, is interested in leasing approximately 7,500 contiguous usable square feet of first class high quality office space together with 59 onsite paved parking spaces. Specific Information Technology requirements apply. USDA currently occupies office and related space in a building in Minot, ND. USDA is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. USDA will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, USDA will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy USDA's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime TERM: The lease term is for 10 years. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, the building location must be within an area bound or fronted on the North by 46th Avenue South by Highway 2/Highway 52 East by 27th Street NE from 46th Avenue to Valley Street then bounded by Valley Street to the intersection with Highway 2/Highway 52 West by 30th Street NW then south of 4th Avenue bounded by Highway 83 Please refer to attached Delineated Area Map OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready for occupancy within three (3) months after lease award. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address or Site Location and Address 2. Location of space within the building 3. Rentable square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square foot 4. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor 5. Amount of onsite paved parking available 6. Building ownership information 7. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building 8. List of building services provided 9.
