- Cover Sheet Representations and Certifications Statement of Work Combo Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number H92257-13-Q-0075 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-68 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement, current to DPN 20130710. The North American Classification System Code is 611699 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Offers received from concerns that are not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as a small business concern under NAICS 611699 shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command has a requirement for the following: The Marine Corps Forces, Special Operations Command requires services for Force Protection training and High-Risk Driving course to support Marine Special Operations Company K. This requirement consists of performing training utilizing contractor facilities uniquely configured to concurrently accomplish all training from the 2nd of August through the 7thth of August 2013. These training courses require specialized facilities, equipment, and instruction that the 3rd MSOB Training Cell cannot accommodate due to prior training commitments, number of available instructors, and lack of training facilities and equipment.
