SOLICITATION NUMBER: W52P1J13T0020 NAICS CODE: 511210 POINT OF CONTACT: SSG James Boutchyard, James.w.boutchyard.mil@mail.mil NOTICE TYPE: Sources Sought SOURCES SOUGHT to locate interested vendors with the capability of performing in accordance with a Performance Work Statement (PWS) that shall require the offers to satisfy the requirements of the Alternate Smart Card Login (ASCL) Token Card Stock for U.S. Army CIO/G6, Cyber Directorate. MISSION STATEMENT: To provide 50,000 Alternate Smart Card Login (ASCL) Token Card Stock which is used for network users who either require multiple accounts or are not authorized a CAC. ASCL implements two-factor authentication based on a DoD PKI Identification certificate on a DoD PKI middleware-supported smart card hardware token. Each ASCL token will allow for a single login identity to be established within Active Directory to support roles such as systems administrator (SA). Multiple roles will require multiple ASCL tokens (i.e. Forest Domain Administrators, Exchange Administrators, Resource Domain Administrators, etc.). This process meets CCL implementation guidelines. ASCL cards require custom printing of Department of Defense (DoD) Seal logo and incremental serial numbering on the front of the cards; 10 man days of professional services for customization; place profiles on the card that are necessary for DoD to use and place Public Key Infrastructure certificates on the Smart Card itself. There is one NAICS code that applies to this procurement as follows: 511210- Software Publishers. This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in computer software publishing or publishing and reproduction. Establishments in this industry carry out operations necessary for producing and distributing computer software, such as designing, providing documentation, assisting in installation, and providing support services to software purchasers. These establishments may design, develop, and publish, or publish only. The proposed contract is for a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) DoD contract with a staggered delivery schedule over six months. A rough draft performance work statement (PWS) is available to aid vendors in understanding the mission requirements and submitting capability statements. CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Contractor must have the capabilities essential to meet the (ASCL) Token Card Stock requirement. Responses to this survey should represent the contractor's best attempt to demonstrate it possesses the capabilities and experience necessary to meet the requirements of the draft PWS. INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESPONDENTS: Interested companies who have the necessary capabilities should respond by providing a brief summary of your company's capabilities to include a description of proposed methodology to meet the requirements of the draft PWS, personnel, and related relevant experience. PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY: All information collected from this market survey shall be used for planning purposes only. Do not mistake this sources sought as a request for proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government.
