Description

FBO Posting FBO Posting BEP-RFQ-13-107239 Post for 14 days The Bureau of Engraving and Printing manufactures US currency notes. There are two (2) manufacturing facilities - one (1) in Washington, DC called the Eastern Currency Facility (ECF) and one (1) in Fort Worth, TX call the Western Currency Facility (WCF). The Chief of Information Operations has a requirement for new Oracle Licenses and Maintenance to support the Flowsys Program. This is a FAR Part 13 Acquisition. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. The quotes will be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The period of performance is from August 1, 2013 - April 27, 2014. All vendors must be authorized Oracle Resellers and provide a certificate of proof with their quotes. This Licenses and Maintenance service is for the Eastern Currency Facility (ECF). The NAICS code for this activity is 423430. You are hereby invited to provide a quote for the following Product List: (1) Oracle Database Enterprise Edition - Processor Perpetual; Quantity: 14; Part#: A90611 (2) Real Application Clusters - Processor Perpetual; Quantity: 20; Part#: A90619 (3) Partitioning - Processor Perpetual; Quantity: 2 Part#: A90620 (4) Oracle Database Enterprise Edition-Named User Plus Perpetual; Quantity: 300; Part#: L10001 (5) Partitioning - Named User Plus Perpetual; Quantity: 100; Part#: L10006 (6) Support Net Fee (All Licenses require First Year Support) 1 Representation by Corporation Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under Federal Law (FEB 2012): (1) The offeror does [ ] does not [ ] have any unpaid Federal Tax Liability that has been assessed, for which all judicial and administrative remedies have been exhausted or have lapsed, and that is not being paid in a timely manner pursuant to an agreement with the authority responsible for collecting the tax liability.
