Description: The 409th CSB Theater Contracting Center intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the rental of a Passenger Bus stationed in Kaiserslautern, Germany. The Bus will have no less than 20 seats, not including driver with luggage space large enough to carry 2 large type suitcases per passenger ( 40 suitcases). Complete details will be given in the Performance Work Statement of RFQ W564KV-13-T-0090 to be released on or about 15 July 2013. This acquisition is being procured on a full and open competition basis using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and Part 15. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to receive any contract award or payment. The SAM website is: https://www.sam.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representation and certification via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: https://www.sam.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database.
