Description
The contractor shall establish and maintain a complete Quality Control Plan to ensure that the requirements of the contract are provided as specified. A copy of the contractor's quality control plan shall be provided to the POC after date of award and prior to performance of services. If any changes occur the contractor shall provide any update(s) immediately thereafter. The government will assess the contractor's work performance. The methods of surveillance used by the Technical Representative will be random sampling of all maintenance and minor repair work performed and a survey after customer complains. All observations gained during the surveillance shall be written down. If an observation reveals indications of inadequate work performance, the technical representative will request the contractor to initial this observation. Then the Technical Representative will submit a report on relationship-specific objections. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, devices, supervision as well as other items and services being required to perform services listed in the statement of work. The firm carrying out the work takes over full responsibility for technical execution in compliance with current technical guidelines and regulation by correspondingly considering the most recent provisions implied in the life safety code. Faulty services must be immediately remedied by rework (repair or replacement again). The annual inspections by a competent inspection agency must be performed in arrear of the second quarter of the year, whereas in the year 2013, a Preliminary inspection, in the year 2014, an Intermediate inspection, and in the year 2015, once more a Preliminary inspection shall take place. REQUIREMENTS FOR QUOTE Prices quoted must be Firm-Fixed price to include anticipated cost of the required Contractor Manpower Reporting.
