Request for Information / Sources Sought Notice The US Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 6) for the Salisbury VAMC in Salisbury, NC is conducting market research through this RFI / Sources Sought Notice to seek contract sources for purchase of Philips Healthcare Patient Monitors. Brand Name Only. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Seeking Patient Monitoring Equipment, required items listed below: -Bedside Mounting Part # MXU0068 16 EA -Intellivue Multi Measurement Server 16 EA -Intellivue MP30 AO4 4 waves E05 recorder 16 EA -CBL 5 Lead Truck, AMMI/IEC 2.7m 16 EA -CBL 5 Leadset, Snap, AMMI ICU 16 EA -Adult Pressure Interconnect Cable 16 EA -Reusable Adult Sp02 sensor 16 EA -Clinical Configuration and implementation 1 JB A determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
