This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. II.Solicitation number G13PS00320 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). III.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66. IV.This acquisition is reserved exclusively for small business participation, IAW FAR 19.502-2. The applicable NAICS code is 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing) and the small business size standard for this NAICS code is 500 employees. V.Quotations must be valid for 120 days after submission.
