Description

JOFOC The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for maintenance of its Genesis XM2 w/Apollo Analyzer System (S/N HX2490B), along w/Window Coverage SDD (S/N 2666). Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, in conjunction with FAR 13, ATF intends to negotiate and award a Purchase Order on a sole-source basis to Edax, Inc. ATF has determined that it is in the Government's best interest to award this requirement with a base year and up to 4 option years (7/22/13-7/20/18) to the manufacturer, Edax, with an Estimated Value of $72,342.24. Edax, Inc. is located on 91 McKee Drive in Mahwah, NJ 07430-2105. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS; THEREFORE, A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Interested parties, should there be, may email their technical literature showing their capability of meeting the Government's requirement to the Contract Specialist listed before this Special Notice closes.
