Title of project: Nursing Home Family Rooms renovation 1.SUPPLIES AND ITEMS REQUESTED: a.This package is to provide the listed below (furniture specifications) furniture equal or better that will meet the government needs. For the Nursing Home at the VA Healthcare Caribbean Main Building San Juan, Puerto Rico. i.Sofas, end tables and chairs. ii.Please refer to the enclosed documentation for specific details. 2.PURPOSE: a.This package is to provide the furniture needed for the employees and patients of the Nursing Home at the VA Healthcare Caribbean Main Building San Juan, Puerto Rico. b.Furniture has been selected and specified in compliance of the following: i.Reduce the installation time and future improvements in the clinic trough freestanding furniture. ii.Cleaning of the furniture. iii.Ergonomic - prior the selection made, the furniture was evaluated by nursing home Chief. 3.SQ. Refer to the enclosed documentation and provide a breakdown for the furniture in written. 2.Finishes must remain as specified to maintain the integrity of the design. Bidder shall provide an AutoCAD 2000 dimensioned drawings, images and/or 3D models (.skp 6 or.dwg 2000) with your bid to verify size is accurate. No alternates will be accepted. No bids accepted without the required information above. 3.Finishes and cut sheets for proposed furniture should be included with submission. ii.Furniture Specifications: 1.One (1) Leather Sofa Totora a.modern sectional designed and built with clean, simple lines that will not distract from your other furnishings and décor. b.finish Totora category T3 leather.
