- PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT AND REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) will be having a Pre-Solicitation conference for the Project Management Oversight (PMO) IDIQ Contract on Monday August 26, 2013 from 10:30am - 12:00pm. The Conference will be held at the Department of Transportation Headquarters 1200 New Jersey Ave. SE West Building, Oklahoma Room, Washington, DC 20590.
