- J&A PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract with Micro Systemation, 2900 K St., NW, Suite 505, Washington, DC 20007 under Request for Quote (RFQ) RFQ-1610134092. This acquisition is being prepared in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Micro systemation is to provide XRY Office forensic kit. Market Research has determined that the Federal Bureau of Investigation's requirement can only be provided by the technical upgrade will require strict compatibility with existing systems, and the only available source to complete this work is Decisive Analytics. However, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals to this office by the time and date listed on the FBO notice, via E-mail to the attention of Mr. Todd M. Townsend, Contracting Officer, at todd.townsend@ic.fbi.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System number is 334111. This contract will be awarded as a commercial item in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 13. Telephone requests will not be accepted. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards. The solicitation will be made available for download at www.fedbizopps.gov on the date listed above. This notice will be issued electronically, by attachment herein. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov).
