NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure all updates and notifications to the solicitation are received. Only local sources will be solicited. A pre-proposal SITE VISIT will be held on 14 August 2013 at 10:00 A.M. (GMT+3). Meeting place will be at 379 ECONS, Bldg 8110. Questions are due to the Contracting Officer not later than (NLT) 1700L hrs (GMT+3), 17 August 2013.
