- M00146-13-T-U042 The Fleet Readiness Center East, Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for Shouldered Shafts, part number: 3017107. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number M00146-13-T-U042 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. (iii) The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-68 and Defense Acquisition Circular 201300710. (iv) This acquisition is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System code 336413 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this Solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable quoter who agrees to meet the specified delivery date and who has a satisfactory past performance record. A technically acceptable quote is a quote that complies with all the specifications set forth herein. (v) The Government will award a firm fixed-priced purchase order for the following items: Item 0001 - 5 each, Shouldered Shafts, Part Number: 3017107; NSN: 3040-00402-2547; Manufactured by Cage Code: 00189 or 98247 Parts must be in new condition - (FN or NS). Only items manufactured by Pratt & Whitney (CAGE Code: 00189) and Canadian Commercial Corporation (CAGE: 98247) will be accepted. The delivery, inspection, and acceptance requirements are FOB destination and are to be delivered to Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, NC 28533. Delivery required within 30 days of purchase order award or sooner. All quotes must be received no later than 5:oo p.m., EST, 26 July 2013.
