This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. a. Scope of work: A.1 pickup truck running with no issues, to be used as training vehicle, Automatic, does not need to be registered, comparsion to a Ford Ranger B.1 SUV running with no issues, to be used as training vehicles Automatic, does not need to be registered, comparsion to a Ford Ranger C.1 Van, running with no issues, to be used as training vehicles, Automatic, does not need to be registered, comparsion to a cargo van D.2 compact cars, does not need to run, all fluids, oils, gas drained for placed at MOUT Site E.1 truck, does not need to run, all fluids, oils, gas drained for placed at MOUT Site F.1 truck, does not need to run, all fluids, oils, gas drained for placed at CEIED Lane G.2 compact cars, does not need to run, all fluids, oils, gas drained for placed at CEIED Lane b. Period of performance: Delivery of these vehicles should be no later than 30 September 2013 c. Physical location: The place of performance for this contract will be Building 3495, Camp Edwards, MA 02542 d. Supplies and equipment: Supplies and equipment to be provided by the vendor. e. Payment rate: $ f. Acceptance Criteria. Receiver of goods will inspect equipment for proper drainage of all fluids and maintenance check on the running vehicles. Evaluation criteria: Best Value (Price and able to meet specific requirements). Instructions to Offerors: The Contractor must submit a written proposal including Company name, Point of Contact, tax ID#, Cage code, duns. Price per the Statement of Work per vehicle pricing. Any missing criteria will be deemed non-responsive and you may not have an opportunity to correct said missing items or errors on your proposal. ****** Any questions must be submitted in writing and emailed to Margaret.l.sullivan2.ctr@mail.mil NLT 22 July 2013; questions will NOT be answered via telephone. All questions and answers will be posted on Fedbizops by COB 24 July 2013. All proposals must be received in contracting NLT 30 July 2013, 3pm EST. If putting your proposal in the mail, it is recommended that you send it Fedex to USPFO P & C office, Attn: Margaret Sullivan, 50 Maple Street, Milford, MA 01757; otherwise expect severe delays and your proposal not being received on time. End Performance Work Statement The Government intends to evaluate proposals and make award(s) without discussion with offerors (except for needed clarification as per FAR 15.306(a). Therefore, your initial proposal should contain yur best terms, as it pertains to cost/pricing. Do not assume you will have the opportunity to clarify, discuss or revise your original proposal. At Governments discretion, offerors may be asked for more information or to clarify their offer, request for such information does not constitute discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contract Officer later deems it necessary.
