Gold-Level Service & Support Contract for Laser Trackers, Annual Fee for 3 LASER TRACKER, MODELS LTD 800, LTD 840, AND AT901 R, Serial # ™s: 1172, 2365, 3252. This renewable, annual contract provides the following services and support on a per-tracker basis: Shipping both ways Telephone support On-Site Tracker Service (including expenses) Emscon software maintenance & upgrades Yearly maintenance and certification Loaner Tracker (If unit cannot be repaired in five working days from the date of arrival in service center, a loaner unit will be provided. Includes shipping.) Extended Warranty (parts and labor) including cables On site support at a 35% reduced rate, including additional training classes Two day Application or Preventive Maintenance training Computer, monitor and peripherial computer equipment is not included. This is covered with manufacturer's 3 yr warranty.
