- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items provided in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6 and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation W912LN-13-T-0009 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-68. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. (See 19.502-2) The NAICS code and small business size standard for this procurement are 532120 and $25.5 respectively. The vendor must state in their quotation their business size for this procurement. USPFO for Vermont, VT-PFO-PC has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for a vendor to provide rental of refrigerator trucks.
