Description
No telephone requests will be accepted. Direct your requests and communication to: ATTN: DLR-AHC, Maegen Wilhite, Contract Specialist, via email at Maegen.wilhite@dla.mil. For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. NON LIVE BUY. The Government intends to add 1 Depot Level Reparable (DLR) NSN to the existing corporate contract, SP4AMX-12-D-9402, with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage 78286. The addition will carry the same terms and conditions as the existing contract and will have terms and conditions to reflect specific First Article Testing (FAT) requirements, if applicable. An option provision will be included to allow for reduction in lead-time incentive payments based on the contractor's proposed reduction met. The following NSN to be added to the above corporate contract: NSN: 5945-01-332-9907, Part Number: 70550-02105-057, Noun: Relay Assembly, 220 each per year for the remaining two years of the existing corporate contract. This NSN supports the UH-60 Blackhawk Weapon System. This item is restricted to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION, CAGE CODE: 78286. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
