Description

Solicitation/Synopsis THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for the purchase and delivery of a ultra light tactical vehicle. This Combined synopsis/solicicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only publication; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received must be considered by the agency. The solicitation number M6700113Q0189 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-68 and DFAR Change Notice 20130626. This solicitation is a 100% small business set aside. The small business size standard for NAICS code 336112 is 1000 employees. The Government intends to issue a single award to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror considering the following factors: Price, Delivery and Technical Acceptability. A proposal will be determined technically acceptable when conforming to the below listed specifications.
