- THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY to supply Charleston Job Corps Center cafe with food and supplies. THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY: The Charleston Job Corps Center in Charleston W.V., operated by Horizons Youth Services, is requesting bids to supply the center cafeteria with food and supplies. The products must meet the attached list by item description and size. Weekly deliveries are required. The award period will consist of August 15,2013-November 15, 2013. The attached spreadsheet contains a complete list of items to be purchased. Bidders are required to enter pricing on spreadsheets provided only. Enter the pack size and cost in spaces provided only. Bids submitted in other formats will be disregarded. Completed bids must be e-mailed to Hudson.Becky@jobcorps.org by the deadline of August 5, 2013 5:00p.m. EST. Late bids will not be accepted.
