- Biographical Data Form Job Announcement The government is seeking a contract with an individual, under a personal services contract. The Congressional and Public Affairs Department (CPA) is seeking an experienced Drupal developer to serving as a full time Web Programmer. Successful candidate will join our Web Team and participate in the planning, development, coding, implementation, and management of new and existing web applications to meet the agency's short- and long-term needs. The Web Programmer writes code, develops templates to display content from the website's content management system and coordinates data sharing within MCC for MCC's public website, mcc.gov. The Web Programmer must be able to take concepts and write clean, semantic, standards-based code to create a compelling user experience. In the near term, this position will work with a broad swath of MCC staff on a major website re-design and re-development project. This position works collaboratively with subject matter experts throughout MCC. Additional information is contained in the solicitation package.
