- Sources are sought for the overhaul of alternating generators listed here within. The generators are used on the Coast Guard's MH60 aircraft. (1) Alternating Generator, NSN 6115-01-114-9696, P/N 28B302-8-DM (2) Alternating Generator, NSN 6115-01-300-9669, P/N AGH958-1 (3) Alternating Generator, NSN 6115-01-252-0367, P/N 28B26235C All work shall be in accordance with the current government depot maintenance manuals. All interested parties must have access to all needed maintenance, repair and overhaul manuals and performance/test/acceptance criteria and data to ensure that components are overhauled/modified, calibrated and operating in accordance with the current government depot maintenance manuals. The components shall be overhauled and returned to serviceable condition in accordance with the DMWR specifications and drawings. The latest revision for any technical manual shall be used in the performance of this contract. The components shall be overhauled in accordance with the AMCOM Engineering Directive C4635, Federal Aviation Regulations Parts 43 and 145, and the prescribed Army DMWR; latest revision shall apply. Replacement parts found to be defective shall be replaced as specified in the AMCOM Engineering Directive C4635 and the appropriate DMWR; latest revision shall apply. DMWR 1-6115-504 applies to P/N 28B302-8-DM; DMWR 1-6115-513 applies to P/N AGH958-1; and DMWR 1-6115-502 applies to P/N 28B26235C. All parts and replaced defective parts shall be new. All parts noted in the respective DMWR's shall be replaced as dictated. Interested parties shall be able to provide all necessary parts, material, tooling, labor, repair and overhaul manuals, test equipment and facilities to evaluate and overhaul each component. Interested parties shall be ISO 9001/14001 Certified. Interested parties are encouraged to submit information in response to this notice that includes business size, geographical location, and proof of technical requirements required to overhaul the components listed here within to like new condition along with proof of ISO 9001/14001 Certification. Interested parties are also encouraged to include information relative to past performance and experience with this exact effort with other Government agencies and commercial entities.
