This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside. Small businesses competing for this acquisition shall certify their status on the Business Declaration form inserted following Part IV, Section K. See Contract clauses 3.6.1-1 in Part II, Section I. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes for this project are 238220 and 236210. Please note one or both of these codes on your Business Declaration Form. DETAILS FOR ATTENDING THE OPTIONAL SITE VISIT There is one coordinated OPTIONAL site visit on JUNE 25, 2013 at 10:00AM LOCAL TIME. a. The meeting point for the site visit: Ashton Air Route Surveillance Radar Mt. Jefferson, Idaho Ashton, Idaho Latitude: 44 � 33 � 44.90 �N Longitude: 111 � 26 � 41.09 � W b. All questions from the site visit must be submitted in writing according to the RFO �s instructions in Section B, Clause B005 Solicitation Questions (above). The FAA assumes no responsibility for any conclusions or interpretations made by the contractor based on the information received by any means other than in writing from the Contracting Officer. The FAA does not assume responsibility for any understanding reached or representation made concerning conditions, which can affect the work, by any of its officers or agents before the execution of this contract, unless that understanding or representation is expressly stated in the contract. c.
