- FA8751-13-Q-0266 Sole Source Justification The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Activu Corporation, 301 Round Hill Dr., Rockaway NJ 07866, to purchase Gold Level Custom Support for the Activu data wall system installed at 33 Network Warfare Squadron, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. This system has proprietary software that can only be supported by the manufacturer, Activu. Activu does not authorize third parties to provide repairs or upgrades to the Activu software. Though this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, information received by the response date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code is 541512.
