- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR AUTOCLAVE CONTROL SYSTEM REPAIR AND UPGRADE. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the due date for all contractual and technical questions through 4:30 pm CDT on August 2, 2013. Any answers generated from questions related to this solicitation will be posted on August 6, 2013. 2. Extend the due date for site-visits. Site-visits will be held the week of July 29, 2013. Interested parties shall contact Kiera Spann in writing at kiera.spann@nasa.gov to schedule an appointment. Proposals should be based on individual company assessments based on the site-visits. The Government requests individually itemized and priced upgrades and repairs on your proposals. The due date for receipt of offers is extended. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) by 4:30 pm on August 16, 2013. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
