- The National Park Service is issuing this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation under commercial item procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ number P13PS01414 incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66, dated February 28, 2013. This RFQ is issued as a total small business set-aside. The North American Standard Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 424710 - Petroleum Bulk Stations and Terminals with a 100 employee size standard. One Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made to the responsible quoter based on price and price factors only. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued for providing propane delivery to three tanks at two locations within Fire Island National Seashore in the town of Patchogue, New York for a Base 1 month period of performance and one option year for the locations identified in the in Scope of Work. Base Period of Performance: 9/1/2013 through 9/30/2013, Option Year 1: 10/1/2013 through 9/30/2014. Line Items CLINS 00010; 00020; 00030; 00040 Unleaded 87 Octane Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Delivery for Fire Island National Seashore (FIIS) in the town of Patchogue, New York for the base and one option year defined above. Provisions and Clauses incorporated by reference can be found at: https://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html. 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Request for Quotes are due for this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation on 8/1/2013 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Electronic quote shall be accepted and shall be emailed to Todd_Scola@nps.gov. Submit questions via email to Todd_Scola@nps.gov no later than 7/26/13. Quoters shall complete the Schedule found in Attachment 0002. Quoters shall furnish the company name, DUNS number, TIN Number, address, phone and fax number, email address if available, and official point of contact. All quotes shall be signed by authorized company official. Vendor must be registered in www.SAM.gov (System for Award Management). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price related factors.
