- AMENDMENT NOTIFICATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9127Q-13-T-0028 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The Government requirement is to provide services, non-personal to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, testing, transportation, plant, and supervision necessary to waterproof two Ansul HEF Systems by replacing 15 HEF pull stations in Bldgs 102 and 235, Jackson IAP (ANG), Jackson, MS. The contractor shall be familiar with the Ansul brand system. All work shall comply with the Performance Work Statement dated 12 June 2013. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contact SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING. As a result of this designation, in accordance with NGAM 37.9, the awarded contractor must provide a crisis management plan. Quotations must be submitted with the following information as a minimum: 1) The solicitation number; 2) The date and time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers; 3) The name, address, and telephone number of the offeror; 4) A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. 5) Terms of any express warranty; 6) Price and any discount terms; 7) Remit to address, if different than mailing address; 8) Company's Cage Code, DUNS# and Federal Tax I.D. #; 9) Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (if applicable). Evaluation shall be as follows: Award shall be made to the offeror, which is determined to be the best value to the government in terms of the lowest price technically acceptable. To be eligible for an award, offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov as prescribed in FAR 52.204-99. Quotations are due no later than 12:00 P.M. CST on Wednesday, 24 July 2013 and must be valid until 30 September 2013. Quotations shall be emailed to amber.young@ang.af.mil or faxed to (601) 405-8214.
