- The Technology Applications Contracting Office (TAKO) plans to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract for Aircraft Survivability Flight Test and Professional Engineering Services in support for of 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne). The U. S. Special Operations Command intends to contract with Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI), 5285 Shawnee Road Suite 400, Alexandria, VA 22312 for these services on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for proposals, however, all interested sources will be considered for this effort.
