- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to award one (1) firm fixed price commercial items services contract for law enforcement services, located in Harney County, Oregon, within the vicinity of Burns district area of responsibility as a sole source to the County of Harney as the only responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 6.302-1. The Harney County Sheriff's Office is the only responsible source with jurisdiction to enforce the civil and criminal laws of the state of Oregon and Harney County on the public lands, waters, roads and trails administered by the BLM. The performance period is from date of award through Sept. 30, 2018. The NAICS code is 561612 and the small business size standard is $19M. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses shall be received by August 1, 2013, in order to be considered.
