- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. The Government anticipates awarding a 5-year, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Eyesafe Laser Resonator Repairs and PIO spare parts on a sole source basis to: Raytheon Company, 2000 East El Segundo Blvd, El Segundo, CA 90245-0902, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements . This action will be done by utilizing FAR Part 15. This procurement is for a minimum of 1 repair and a maximum of 300 repairs. PIO spares are estimated at a minimum of $0 and a maximum of $5,600,000. The FOB point shall be FOB destination: NSWC Crane. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. To be eligible for award, contracts must be properly registered in the Government System for Award Management database (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220, or via the Internet at www.sam.gov. A formal solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties may contact the POC below. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed.
