- Description
- The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is soliciting proposals for remote Teleradiology Services for the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC), North Chicago, IL. Contractor shall provide all space, supplies, equipment, and labor to include board certified radiologists necessary to provide remote after-hours and back-up professional (interpretation) radiology services. Contract Period of Performance is anticipated from September 1, 2013 through August 31, 2014, with four (4) one year option renewal periods. Option periods are exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. Contract type is firm-fixed (unit) price, indefinite quantity contract. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy this requirement are invited and encouraged to provide a proposal. Offers, including options, will be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services, and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. The small business size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621512 is $14.0 Million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items and also through the System for Award Management (SAM) on-line at www.sam.gov. Electronic version of solicitation will be available on or about July 18, 2013. Date for receipt of proposals is August 2, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. CT. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the Federal Business Opportunities website; www.fedbizopps.gov, select "Find Business Opportunities" and then enter the solicitation number. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at this address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
