- MODIFICATION 0001 ISSUED ON JULY 18, 2013 TO EXTEND THE CLOSING DATE OF THE SOLICITATION TO JULY 21, 2013 AT 3:00 PM EST. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME. Provide NSN 2925-01-034-3141, IGNITER, SPARK, GAS T. PR 0046651138, CAGE 0AFL4 Champion Aerospace LLC, Part Number FHE256-10A. Quantity of 1,006 each. The only approved source for this item is Champion Aerospace LLC (CAGE 0AFL4, Part Number FHE256-10A). Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The requirement is for 1,006 each, FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 104 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/solicitations to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Proposals may be faxed to the Bid Custodian via FAX number (804) 279-4165. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.
