Description

Sole Source Justification and Approval Sole Source Notice This acquisition is intended for award as a sole source to Bode Aero Services Inc., 7401 Paseo Del Volcan NW#1, Albuquerque, NM 87119. This document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-68 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement (DFARS), current to DPN 20130710. The NAICS code for this procurement is 531110 and the small business size standard is $7.0 Mil. Area 1 is an approximately 1900 square feet building and will have ample room for TOC, Ready Room, office and equipment storage as well as exclusive use of 2 acres. The building will also have portable bathrooms and showers set up. This building must be dedicated and solely occupied by MSOB. Area 2 is an approximately 14,500 square feet hangar will have ample space for billeting military personnel. The hangar will also have portable bathrooms and showers set up. This building must be dedicated and solely occupied by MSOB. Area 3 (two mobile office trailers) approximately 980 square feet each will provide additional office space next to Area 2. These buildings must be dedicated and solely occupied by MSOB. Contractor will provide unlimited access to leasehold property (approximately 50 acres) for operational and maneuver support.
