The government intends to secure services, labor, and material for alterations, repair, and minor construction at various buildings and structures at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco, GA through the issuance of indiviudal task orders under an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite contract. The Contractor shall furnish, for the basic contract and each individual task order issued, all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, supervision, materials, and quality control, necessary to perform alterations, maintenance, and minor construction. The contract during will be a base period 12- months from the date of award with four (4) 12-month option periods and one (1) six month option extension, if needed, to be exercised at the discretion of the government. Total performance period is NTE: 66 months. The contract will have a guaranteed minimum of $150,000.00 with a maximum estimated aggregate total of $4,000,000.00 for the 12 month base period and all subsequent options periods, as well as an aggregate total of $2,000,000.00 for the one (1) 6 month option extension for a total NTE amount of $22,000,000.00. This is for planning purposes and is not guaranteed. Task orders will range from $2,000.00.00 to $500,000.00, and may involve a variety of trades, including carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior and exterior electrical, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete masonry, and welding. The Contractor remains responsible for checking the website regularly for solicitation #HSFLGL-13-R-00051 (NOT HSFLGL-13-R-00001) and subsequent amendments. Scheduling of a pre-proposal site is anticipated with details to be outlined in the solicitation package. The government anticipates significant subcontracting opportunities with this action.
