Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 811310, Size Standard $7M. Solicitation number F2KBAB3150A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-68 effective 26 June 2013. The Government intends to award a contract for Uninterrupted Power Supply Recertification and Service at Kirtland Air Force Base, NM CLIN 0001 : American Power Conversion by Schneider Electrics UPS Recertification and Service Period of Performance: 15 Aug 2013 - 14 Aug 2014 (estimated) Description - Services for Schneider Symmetra PX UPS [Part Number WSAPMV-UG-01]: 1) Preventative Maintenance: Standalone PM or recertification visit for one (1) UPS up to 40kv UPS APC Part Number: WSAPMV-UG-01 Desired Completion Date: 30 days ARO 2) Battery Replacement Service: Modular Battery Replacement Service 4 X SYBT4 APC Part Number: WMBRS4-MB-T4 3) Service Plan: One (1) Year Advantage Ultra Service Plan (for one (1) Symmetra PX UPS) APC Part Number: WADVULTRA-PX-24 4) Service Plan: One (1)-Year Eight (8)-Hour 7x24 Response Upgrade to Factory Warranty or Existing Service Contract for Upto 40 KVA APC Part Number: WUPG8HR7X24-UG-01 In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of lowest price technically acceptable.
