The Government's intent is to award a single contract to the offeror who provides the best overall value, with award anticipated no later than 19 February 2014. The period of performance will be for a base year plus four one-year options, for a total of five years of performance from date of award. The solicitation is offered for full and open competition under NAICS code 488190 (Other Support Activities for Air Transportation) with a size standard of $30 million. The Product Service Code is J015 (Maintenance/Repair of Aircraft). Offerors may submit questions requesting clarification of solicitation requirements by emailing the Contract Specialist. All questions must be received by 10:00 AM EST, 29 July 2013.
