**Amendment issued to publize for full and open competition** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912QG-13-T-0011 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66 effective 1 April 2013. This requirement is unrestricted, full and open competition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 721214 with a small business size standard of $7M. The United States Property and Fiscal Office for South Carolina - Purchasing and Contracting Office, Columbia, SC intends to issue a purchase order for a weeklong camp 28 July - 3 August 2013 for ages 10-17. REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001 - 180 each/campers 28 July - 3 August 2013 for ages 10-17; see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) CLIN 0002 - Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) for 180 kids and 55 adults; Vendor will include a FULL Menu with quote in accordance with the PWS. CLIN 0003 - Recreational Activities; Vendor will include a FULL Activities Schedule with quote in accordance with the PWS CLIN 0004 - Lodging; 180 kids, 55 adults for 6 nights CLIN 0005 - Administrative Facilities, quantity 6 Vendor shall provide a GRAND TOTAL on all events and an overall GRAND TOTAL for this requirement. Request For Information (RFI): All questions must be in the form of an RFI in writing to the Contracting Officer, SFC VANESSA J. HOLMES no later than 9:00 AM ET on 24 July 2013. Those RFIs not received within the prescribed date and time will not be considered. Proposals are due by 12:00PM (EST) 25 July 2013. The following provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation and will remain in full force in any resultant award: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (Feb 2012). The offeror shall submit an electronic copy of their signed and dated offer via e-mail to vanessa.j.holmes.mil@mail.mil with the solicitation number in the subject block NLT 24 June 2013 1400 p.m. ET. Include your DUNS number, Tax ID number, and cage code on your quote. The Government reserves the right to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Offers shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items (Jan 1999) which is incorporated into this Request for Quote with an addendum to paragraph (a) as follows: The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Capability and Price. If products from offerors are found to be technically equivalent, then price will be the determining factor. Technical acceptability will be determined by the following: 1. Camp is located within 150 miles of 1225 Bluff Road, Columbia, SC 29201. 2. All items in the Performance Work Statement shall be met.
