- FA4887-13-R-0001-0013 Questions and Answers Please see the attached amendment FA4887-13-R-0001-0013. The purpose of this amendment is to change the Phase II proposal due date from 08/02/2013 at 12:00 PM MST to 08/16/2013 at 12:00 PM MST. Additionally, the language in paragraphs 2.3.1(c), 3.0 table TAB-B, 5.0, 5.1, and 5.3 were changed in Section L Volume II & III, and the language in paragraphs 1.0 table TAB-B, 2.2, 3.3, 4.1.3, and 5.1 were changed in Section M Volume II & III. Please also see the attached updated Questions and Answers for Phase II. Additionally, the deadline for all RFI's for Phase II is 26 July 2013 at 3:00 PM MST.
